The first thing to pay attention to for outdoor high brightness LCD advertising machines is heat dissipation. Usually, considering the weather, we do not recommend customers to have their air intake from bottom to top because the air intake is very close to the ground and the surface temperature is too high in summer. In fact, the air intake is hot air, which cannot effectively dissipate heat. It is recommended to place the air intake above the casing and design the air outlet below. Heat dissipation generally includes intelligent temperature controlled air conditioning, air-cooled heat dissipation, water-cooled heat dissipation, and heat dissipation materials. However, the latter three heat dissipation methods only consider summer heat dissipation without considering winter low temperature protection. Although water cooling simply considers winter low temperature protection, it is prone to water mist, which can corrode board components. Therefore, the heat dissipation method needs to be comprehensively studied.

3. The outdoor high brightness LCD advertising machine is mainly focused on preventing ultraviolet radiation. The surface of the LCD screen is black, which absorbs heat and light. The working principle of the screen body is due to the flipping display of the LCD molecules. Once the surface of the screen body absorbs too much heat and the surface temperature is too high, the LCD molecules will be burned. The initial phenomenon is that the middle part presents a circular black circle, which does not radiate and expand outward. It can be restored in the short term when the power is cut off, but can cause permanent burns to the LCD screen in the long term. Therefore, even if the screen body is not made into high brightness, attention must be paid to the UV protection treatment of the LCD screen when used in sunlight. Regarding UV resistant glass (currently there are two types that are 99% resistant and 73% resistant)
4. Waterproof, dustproof, anti glare, explosion-proof, anti lightning, graffiti and anti-theft treatment, etc.
5. Screen front return air. A certain space should be reserved between the waterproof glass of the outer shell and the LCD screen glass to maintain ventilation circulation in front and behind the screen. Because if the glass surface of the LCD screen cannot be ventilated, it will inevitably cause the UV radiation received by the glass surface of the LCD screen and the heat generated by the LCD screen itself to accumulate, leading to LCD screen failure. It is recommended to drill holes at a distance of 2-3mm between the waterproof glass of the outer shell and the LCD glass to maintain ventilation circulation between the front and back screens.
