OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) is a special adhesive used to bond transparent optical components (such as lenses). It is colorless and transparent, with a light transmittance of over 90%, good bonding strength, and can be cured at room or medium temperature. It also has the characteristics of small curing shrinkage. Simply put, OCA is a special double-sided adhesive layer with optical transparency.
Advantages of OCA Full Fit Industrial Display Screen:
1. Reduce glare, reduce the loss of light emitted by industrial display screens, increase the brightness of industrial display screens, provide high transmittance, and reduce energy consumption;
2. Increase contrast, especially under strong light irradiation;
3. The surface connection has higher strength;
4. It can effectively avoid Newton's rings;
5. The surface of the product is smoother;
6. Boundless, expanding the visible area;
Disadvantages of OCA fully fitted industrial display screens:
1. The surface of OCA adhesive film is sticky, and it is easy to leave marks on the surface when peeling off the release film, and it is easy to produce bubbles during adhesion. Easy to adsorb dust and impurities, causing secondary pollution.
During the adhesion process between OCA film and FILM, uneven manual pressure can easily cause wrinkles and bubbles.
3. OCA has poor flow performance, making it difficult to fill the gaps or ink gaps in the ITO circuit during sensor or cover glass bonding.
4. The adhesive performance of OCA is not strong, and products that adhere well have a risk of rebound.
OCA is not conducive to large-sized bonding, resulting in low production efficiency and high labor costs.
6. OCA bonding cannot effectively increase the strength and explosion-proof ability of the screen. After fitting, the explosion-proof effect of the screen is poor, it is not resistant to falling, and the industrial display screen is prone to damage.
