Step 1: Scratch. We usually buy standard OC according to the size required by the customer, and then cut according to the size. First, use a puller to cut the polarizing film on the top and bottom of the glass.
Step 2: Tear off the polarizing film on the top and bottom of the glass. There is no machine to replace the process of tearing off the polarizing film, and it needs to be manually removed one by one. This process also requires professional staff to operate, because glass is usually only 1.5mm thick, and non professionals can easily break the glass;
Step 3: Cutting glass requires technical expertise. Glass is manually placed one by one in a cutting machine for cutting. After cutting, the glass will be very fragile. The proportion of glass is mostly thin and long, and careful handling and skilled operation experience are required. Cutting is also the same. Poor cutting can cause liquid leakage and dim spots, so non professionals cannot operate it;
Step 4: Sealing: After the glass is cut to the required size, it needs to be immediately sealed to prevent liquid crystal glass from entering the air and liquid crystal molecules from flowing out, causing leakage.
Step 5: Testing: Use the motherboard for power on testing, mainly to check whether the screen display effect is good, whether there are bright spots, display abnormalities, color uniformity, residual shadows, missing lines, and other issues.
Step 6: Apply sunshade glue. When cutting glass, it is generally necessary to cut a few centimeters beyond the original size, so the excess parts around need to be covered with sunshade glue.
Step 7: Aging test: After about 48 hours of electrification aging test, to ensure the reliability and stable performance of the product, it can be called a qualified product and shipped to the customer after passing the test.
