Maintenance process: First, remove the LCD screen from the entire machine and disassemble the optical components of the LCD screen module. The outermost layer is a liquid crystal board, with two very thin polarizers below, and a thicker layer of white transparent board below that acts as a uniform light source. Below this thick board is the lamp box.
For a machine with stains and faults, after disassembling the screen module, it was found that there was a black dusty powder surface on the side opposite the white transparent plate and the lamp box. After cleaning, the screen module was assembled, turned on, and the fault was eliminated. For another machine with black spots, it was found that there was a black dirt between the second layer polarizers.
Solution: Dip a clean soft cloth in pure water and clean the dirt thoroughly. But it should be noted that there are several layers of optical thin films inside the screen module. When disassembling the screen module, it is important to remember the disassembly steps to avoid forgetting the mutual positions of each lens during assembly.
