1. The brand that uses LCD glass determines the value of the product, and commercial major brands generally choose LG's LCD glass for high brightness LCD screen manufacturers. 2. The uniformity of backlight on high brightness LCD screens can generally only reach 65% -75% for manufacturers with high brightness screens, 75% -85% for better manufacturers, and 90% -95% or more for point models. Of course, the price of a well made high brightness screen also varies.
3. The brightness of a high brightness LCD screen is generally good. Although a high brightness screen has a high brightness, it will be softer and not glaring. It is not equivalent to the illumination of the backlight, (like the sun, although the light is strong, it is also glaring.) The brightness value is a color range value, which is related to the color saturation, contrast, and backlight illumination of the produced screen. So looking at a very bright screen may not necessarily meet our required brightness value, because what the human eye sees is illuminance, which is influenced by the environment, space size, and other factors. What is measured by instruments is the brightness.
4. Temperature should be noted. A good high brightness LCD screen produces low power and emits low heat. The main focus is on the packaging process of LED backlight and the application of light efficiency. If the process does not meet the standards, the light efficiency cannot be improved, and the high brightness screen produced may emit more heat. At the same time, heat dissipation technology is also needed to reduce the temperature of the backlight to ensure the normal use of LED backlight. However, this only solves the problem of backlight, let alone the problem of LCD glass encountering high temperatures. It should be noted that high brightness screens are only semi-finished products, and when used outdoors, they themselves are a source of manufacturing heat. Therefore, currently on the market, high brightness screens are a source of manufacturing heat. There will be companies adding aluminum profiles to the back cover shell of the screen, which will dissipate heat through heat conduction in a different direction. This will not be standardized. Speaking of which, the most important aspect of a good high brightness screen is still the backlight technology, rather than the external structure heat dissipation. Good backlight technology can achieve the desired color temperature range, high color saturation, high contrast, high uniformity, high brightness without dazzling, and control the heat emitted by LED backlight on LCD glass. The most important point is that the higher the temperature, the more severe the light attenuation of the LED backlight, and the shorter its service life.
5. Professional and high-quality high brightness screens not only rely on good light sources (LED beads), but also on good light selection and packaging processes. With good light sources, poor LED heat dissipation processes, poor light guiding processes, and poor light efficiency utilization, it is also not enough.
