1、 Chassis assembly process
1. The first thing you see about outdoor advertising machines is definitely the chassis, because they are placed outdoors, so IP65 is a universal international standard. Generally, check whether the glass glue on the inner side of the welded joint of the shell is uniform, and whether the welded joint is exposed to water when placed outdoors.
2. Check if the installation bracket and nuts are tightly attached to the frame, and compare them with the installation holes to ensure they can be securely placed.
3. Refer to the outdoor advertising machine chassis, fix the nuts, carefully check the screw holes and the gaps between the application of glass glue. If there is any detachment or water ingress, please remove the holes and compact the waterproof glue as soon as possible.
4. Observe the surface cleanliness of the entire machine and check for dust inside the glass. Touch the inside of the glass to see if it is squeezed flat. Smooth with gravity to see if there are any water bubbles or bubbles. If there are, the touch is definitely not qualified.
5. Open the outdoor advertising machine door frame and try closing the door panel with one hand. If the door panel touches the pressure strip and cannot be closed with force, it indicates that the outdoor advertising machine door frame design does not meet anti-theft standards. One is that the door panel structure is not good, and the other is that there is a problem with the lock component.
6. Check the operating noise of the machine on the chassis and whether the insulation cotton on the body can provide insulation. If the air conditioning noise is loud and the insulation cotton does not respond at all, first consider the air conditioning heat dissipation structure.
2、 Inspection standard for outdoor LCD advertising machine screens
1. Wipe the glass with a dust-free cloth as usual, and check for any water droplets around the glass. If water droplets are found on the glass or screw holes, please fill them with glass glue.
2. Measure the distance between the inner side of the glass and the LCD screen using a caliper. If the adhesive strip exceeds 1mm, please pay attention to the design of the air-cooled structure.
3. Check the internal board of the high brightness LCD screen, whether the wiring is clear, and whether the surface of the LCD screen is guaranteed to be free of dust and stains.
4. Carefully observe the LCD screen pressure strip and support bracket, and follow the direction indicated on the backlight to see if the LCD screen is properly placed.
5. Check the fan, insulation cotton, and protective mesh to see if the manufacturer is truly a manufacturer.
6. Check the driver board, decoding board, wiring terminals, power supply and other driver components, and analyze them according to the standards in the electronic configuration table.
