There are two production processes for long strip LCD screens. One is factory lighting, commonly known as mold making; Another method is to use a standard LCD screen to cut into the desired long strip screen, which requires technology and related equipment to complete.
When selecting LCD glass for cutting LCD screens, there are requirements. Not all LCD glass can be cut freely, and the following points should be noted:
1. Firstly, it is important to understand the production of LCD screens, as well as the internal logic circuits of the screens, and whether they are suitable for cutting.
2. The size needs to be precise. Due to the small tolerance of the assembled structural components, if there is a size error during the cutting of the strip screen, it will lead to assembly failure
3. The wiring of the original screen cannot be damaged, and there is a flat cable connected to the printed circuit board at the bottom of the LCD glass. If accidentally damaged during processing, it may cause the strip screen to become unusable or even scrapped.
4. Pay attention to sealing. After cutting the surface, apply UV glue for sealing. When applying glue, be careful not to leak, break, or have bubbles. After applying glue, do not touch the cutting surface to avoid erasing the glue.
