In order to achieve real-time display of important data to be monitored by an online automatic detection system through a LCD screen, a display circuit matched with the LM16032DDC interface of the LCD module was designed using the digital processor TMS320LF2407 in collaboration with the research and development of Shenzhen Longxiang Zhuoyue Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. This method simulates the timing relationship through software programming, which can effectively avoid the timing difference between the DSP and the module interface. After debugging, the monitoring data was processed and highlighted, fully meeting the design requirements.
